Our team is expanding and we are looking for a F/T Kitchen Operations Manager (Chef) to join us!

Job Details:

  • Operations

  • Orders

  • Food costing

  • Inventory counts

  • Product quality control

  • Schedule

  • Labour

  • Team development

  • Vendor management

  • Hiring and training

  • Menu creation + roll-out

Key Requirements:

  • 2 - 4 years kitchen experience

  • Minimum 1 year in a leadership position

  • Food Safe Level 1

Job Type: Full time with 4 days in the kitchens and 1 admin day, while also attending all meetings.
